Ground Shipping

UPS Ground orders will arrive within 3 - 6 business days depending on the part of the country to which the items are being shipped.  

Most of our items ship out from our warehouse in California.  While we cannot absolutely guarantee when your items will arrive a good rule of thumb is that items shipping within the continental USA will arrive based on the following time zone chart:

Time Zone Estimated Delivery Time
Pacific Standard Time 2 - 3 Days
Mountain Standard Time 3 - 4 Days
Central Standard Time 4 - 5 Days
Eastern Standard Time 6 - 8 Days

That having been said, once your items have shipped we will update your order with tracking information and send you routine status updates.

Rush Shipping:

If your item must arrive within 3 business days, please choose UPS 2nd Day Air.  Rush Shipment orders will ship out  the same business day,  if the order was placed before 12pm PST M - F  and next business day if the order is placed after 12pm PST or on weekends. Rush shipments typically arrive within 1 - 2 business days after the order has been processed.
